Overview: Welcome. You are viewing the Power of Thanks Program web site, which is housed and operated by Whapps, LLC, DBA Online-Rewards on behalf of Entergy. The Program enables participants to redeem points (“Reward Points”) awarded in recognition of achievements from an online rewards catalog. The program is available to current employees of Entergy Corporation or of any direct or indirect legal entity subsidiary in which Entergy Corporation has a majority ownership interest. Each of these entities is a separate and distinct legal entity. Solely for reasons of convenience, the term “Entergy” is used to refer individually and collectively to Entergy Corporation and its majority-owned affiliates. Use of the Web Site constitutes agreement to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as all applicable laws.

Eligibility: Eligibility for the Program is limited to current employees of Entergy.

Change or Termination: Entergy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Entergy reserves the right, without prior notice, to terminate or change the Program at any time. If the Program is suspended or terminated, you will be notified by email. Any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within 90 days of the date of termination of the Program.

Questions or Disputes: All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this Program, the redemption of Reward Points, the availability of rewards or points, or the terms and conditions of the Program will be resolved by Entergy at its sole discretion. Any questions or disputes shall be directed to Entergy’s Human Resource Service Center.

Earning Rewards: The earning and accumulation of Reward Points begins when an employee receives an award of points from an authorized manager.

Participant Accounts: Employees are automatically enrolled in the Program. Employees are, however, required to activate their accounts in order to review and redeem any awarded Reward Points in the Program by going to the Program web site. To activate, employees will be required to enter their employee ID# and create their own password.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

  • Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise or gift cards presented in the On-Line Catalog. Reward Points are not redeemable for cash.
  • Reward Points may be redeemed any time after they are granted but no later than 90 days after termination of employment at Entergy.
  • Entergy reserves the right to modify the merchandise and gift cards available in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
  • Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
  • Employees may accumulate Reward Points to purchase particular merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Employees must have sufficient Reward Points to redeem at the price in the On-Line Catalog.
  • Employees may not purchase Reward Points.


Statements of Entergy Reward Points Earned: The Online-Rewards web site provides participants with information on Reward Points they have earned in the Power of Thanks Program!

Taxes: Any sales and use tax that may be due and owing for merchandise or gift cards redeemed under the Program is included in the price and will be remitted by On-line Rewards.

Shipping and Handling: Merchandise and gift cards redeemed under the Program are subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog, and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Entergy. The information collected on this web site will be used by Entergy in connection with the the Power of Thanks Program! Online-Rewards will not provide your information to third parties (except in connection with fulfilling an award), without first obtaining your approval to do so.

Email Notices: When you visit this web site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this web site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
